Prince Mugisha
Born in Zambia to Rwandese parents, I've gained a keen appreciation for the importance of public engagement in the legislative process. Often a right we take for granted, we have more access to information than any generation before us. That means we also have a responsibility to stay informed in order to be empowered. Using my experience as a party delegate and software engineer, my role is to drive product development. Our collective mission is to leverage the oceans of available data in coordination with AI to revolutionize public policy and increase accessiblity.

My passion in life is to leverage modern technology to empower regular people. As a first-generation engineer, I have had the opportunity to observe the profound impact of technology in many regions, including India. Here, the pace of technological adoption still lags behind many other nations, highlighting the significant potential for growth and development. At Nuralex, I lead the development of advanced AI/ML methods to simplify the consumption and engagement of public policy. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to actively participate in legislative processes, thereby enhancing democracy, which we believe is fundamental to the governance of any nation.
